Bug Description

I am using ubuntu 18.04

the version of the package was the most up to date, as I ran
sudo apt-get install --reinstall libasound2 right before running
sudo apt-get remove libasound2

This should not touch other applications, even if they were set up to use the library.

It deleted several applications before I force closed it.
