Bug Description
Add support for the following Mechanisms to the libica token of openCryptoki:
CKM_SHA256_
CKM_SHA384_
CKM_SHA512_
Business value: support of TLS 1.3, in particular GSKit support of TLS1.3 using openCryptoki to access CryptoExpress cards for RSA acceleration.
Commit Commit to be added on top of 3.11.1 which is already included.
