kdiff3 does not work with remote sftp files

Bug Description
Kdiff3 in Ubuntu 19.04 (v. 1.7.90-3) cannot compare files with remote addresses sftp://<server>:<path> while it works well in Ubuntu 18.04 (kdiff3 v. 0.9.98-4). Remote address is changed to local one and only <path> is kept in the input field after clicking Ok button. The kio itself works well with sftp files e.g. in krusader. The comparison of the remote files in kdiff3 does not work also in case of action "Compare files" in kursader.

The new version 1.8.01 works ok. This new package shall be part of Ubuntu 19.10 but it is possible to install it also on Ubuntu 19.04.
