Bug Description

MacOS 10.14.5 running Hugin 2019.0.0.

I created a new panorama with Hugin, then attempted to stitch it. When launching stitch from Hugin, PTBatcherGUI reports "error while parsing panotools script" but completely freezes and needs to be killed. When launching PTBatcherGUI separately and loading the same file, it reports the error but does not freeze. The full error is:

"error while parsing panotools script: /Applications/Hugin/#-hugin cropFactor=1.4857143163681"

Since it's not frozen I'm able to open the details view which reports:

I have the same problem - new MacOS - older releases worked on older ones. But not on the newest MacOS release.

Same problem. It seems to be looking for an old and nonexistent .pto file. If I login fresh as another user, it runs fine with the same images. I tried removing -r ~/.hugindata/ with no success.

further information. I fixed this in my case by Force Stopping the locked-up Batcher, then going back into PTBatcherGUI directly(not using Hugin), clicking one at a time on the stalled projects that had accumulated, and going up to File in the top-bar menu and hitting "Remove Project" (I think). Until I did that, Hugin was effectively broken.

I may have broken the queue original by removing files manually (rm) while it was running.

Okay. It seems the main cause was a corrupted queue.
This is already covered by the FAQ. So closing here.
