Hook failure on LXD trying to load br_netfilter module

The containerd subordinate gets a hook error on LXD, since it attempts and fails to load the br_netfilter kernel module here: https://github.com/charmed-kubernetes/charm-containerd/blob/278c28a57642490134405c4b48f1bf53a32ffbd7/reactive/containerd.py#L262

LXD containers aren't able to load kernel modules, and br_netfilter isn't necessary on LXD where we configure kube-proxy with proxy-mode=userspace, so the charm should gracefully continue without loading br_netfilter.

The plan is to fix this with a hotfix release, hopefully very soon after the initial release of CDK 1.15.

This fix is currently available in the edge channel with cs:~containers/containerd-6.

We delayed the hotfix release to pick up fixes for other high priority issues, but those have been taking longer than expected. I don't have an estimate for you at the moment, but we'll follow up as soon as we can.

We're aiming to start the hotfix release process early next week. If everything goes well, we will hopefully have this fix released to stable by the end of next week, but no guarantees.
