Bug Description

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

Currently, rhythmbox fails to import Windows Media Player .wpl playlist files. It reports the error "The GStreamer plugins to decode "SMIL document" files cannot be found.

Rhythmbox should support this format.

Uhm, no, sorry - this problem happens every time Rhythmbox starts with something in its watched directories that it doesn't understand. Yes, it's a wishlist *feature*, but the behavior itself isn't. Whether or not the media format is understood, we shouldn't be getting notifications every single time we start the software.
