LibEdit: After creating a pin, the tool doesn't finish

Adding a new pin and placing it doesn't finish the tool. The pin remains selected and right-clicking on it shows only "Cancel", "Finish Drawing" and "Properties". Finish Drawing does nothing apparent. Cancel seems to get back to the selection tool.

I would expect that after placing a pin, I could right-click and manipulate its position/placement but that I would still be in the Pin tool, so left-click allows me to place a new pin.
