Bug Description

Firefox 2.0.11 under 64bit Hardy alpha 1 was working fine. After updates of something in the past 3-4 days, it now freezes for a few seconds for all sites (or just about every site). Firefox is basically unusable in current form. It was fine at initial alpha 2 updates. Now every time a second tab is opened, the whole browser freezes. The freezing is not permanent. I just need to wait 3-5 seconds for response. CPU activity is low during the freeze state. I Installed epiphany for test and it seems fine. No add-ons installed on Firefox.

Problem has been fixed in latest updates. I believe problem was caused by non-free flash plugin based on other bug reports of similar problems.
