Create/Explode complex pad does not respect orientation.

Bug Description
1. Draw a main pad and a shape
2. Create pad from selected shapes
3. Rotate the compound pad
4. Explode pad to graphic shapes.
At this point, the graphics appears like the main pad wasn't rotated, but the main pad IS rotated.
5. Is you create a compound pad from that, it resets the main pad orientation and the compound pad looks like in step 2.
Ideally, all "pad combined with graphics" shapes after step 3 should look the same, but they don't.
