Io Error message when trying to s"ave As" cover image to desktop

Following Edit Metadata, select View Cover at full Size, then Save AS and Calibre Error Message Appears
Error unhandled exception
"IO Error [Error2} No such file or directory as C:\\Users\Ian\Desktop\ temp cover,png"

At same time Windows 10 displays notification that Controlled Fodler Access denied to calibre.exe,l(despite previously allowing the APP access.)

Microsoft support engineer advises the problem not Windows based. Error Report indicated Python Issue, & suggested I contact yourself.:

there is nothing calibre can do about that. You have to tell windows to
allow calibre.exe and calibre_parallel.exe to write to your desktop folder.

Thank you for your reply. As mentioned calibre.exe had been provided permission to access folders on PC, however calibre_parallel.exe had not been stopped from access to folders. Is there any way of confirming that this program actually operated during use of calibre, as there was no access denial from Windows 10. Could you advise how to grant access permission when there is no evidence of calibre_parallel.exe in my App List? As a non technical user, could you let me know how to accomplish that?

calibre_parallel.exe is the process used to run the calibre viewer and
editor. Click the view and edit buttons in calibre to run them.

But a simpler solution for you would be simply to exclude the desktop
folder from protection.

Thank you. Im not really sure what happened, but I used the viewer, without any interruption fom Windows 10 Controlled Folder Access issues, and then attempted to "Save AS" a random book cover, and it worked. So thank you for your help in this matter.
