Bug Description
So, the problem described in header.
xinput sees only one input device (PS/2 Synaptics TouchPad) instead of two (PS/2 Synaptics TouchPad and IBM TrackPoint).
So I couldn't turn off TouchPad without of turning off Trackpoint, and so on and so on
