any starters created for a location not working

arronax, recent version (0.7), under ubuntu-19.10:

any starters created for the option "this is a starter for a file or location" do not work for the Ubuntu desktop environment. Interestingly, such starters do work (without alterations) when I change the desktop environment from "Ubuntu" to "LXDE".

On the other hand, starters created for the option "starter for a program" do work also under the Ubuntu desktop environment.

It can also be mentioned that starters created for the option "this is a starter for a file or location" do work for the Ubuntu desktop environment when ubuntu-19.04 is used (instead of 19.10).
