Bug Description

On https://help.ubuntu.com/lts/serverguide/etckeeper.html.en, it says:

The main option is which VCS to use and by default etckeeper is configured to use Bazaar.

This is not the case any more, I just installed etckeeper on Ubuntu 18.04 and I can see in /etc/etckeeper/etckeeper.conf, the VCS is git.
