Visible indication item alert is in template or item

Bug Description
There is no visible indication that a template contains an item alert. Unlike other template attribute fields which are green or outlined in green, the Item Alert button has neither. The workaround is to include that fact in the template name. However since other fields that apply an attribute to an item have such visible indications it seems this attribute should have the same.
