Bug Description

bug 1752968 fixed the problem with the cursor focus not being in the barcode box on the item record screen when either adding or editing items.
However if a library is adding multiple copies to more than one branch, the cursor focus is in the bottom barcode box so staff have to manually move the cursor to the top barcode box in order to autogenerate barcodes or scan in barcodes in copy order.
The same is true when editing multiple items for more than one branch, if "edit call numbers and items" is selected; or if "edit items" is selected when the default show holdings is checked. The cursor focus is at the bottom. The preference is to have it in the top barcode box in all cases.

I just tested this on our old and trusty 3.3 system, and couldn't see the problem.

I selected 4 items, 1 item had a different owning library than the others, and selected "Edit call numbers and items" and the first barcode was focused and highlighted.
