Bug Description
This line causes ProFTPd server to start 16 seconds. (and with automated daemon start it slows bootup)
Without this line it makes less than 0.2s (leaving previous one - "127.0.0.1 localhost")

There is something wrong about it, But when it was removed, ProFTPd could not resolve my hostname.
Maybe I have only wrongly configured it. It tries to announce FTP service on 127.0.1.1 and it does not works.
