Error in parsing events for vfs creation in os-net-config

As moving to switchdev will remove the vfs and create bothe
vf-representros and uplink representor and the vf-queue will be
filled with these events, So we need to clear it before the next
iteration of next sriov_pf in order to parse events correctly for
vfs creation

    Moving insignificant messages from error to warning in sriov_config.py

    As the messages from _wait_for_vf_creation() don't seem to be error
    messages so just moving them to be warning
