Project manager: right click "open directory"

Bug Description

Because the KiCad project manager handles project as a folder with extra external resources, one may need to move, add, remove files.

Thus, having an option to open the current project folder in the default file manager would be very handy, like: right click "open in file manager"

While we don't have a "open containing folder" command, we do have a "open project folder" command. It's the last one on the toolbar (the folder-with-gear icon).

@Jeff Young: Nice to hear about this feature, I had no idea this icon would do this.
There is maybe an issue with the icon, as the folder-with-gear would more accurately describe project's parameters or options, no?
And because there is a "folder view", I was expecting this option in the contextual menu of this folder view.
