Bug Description

Wishlist.

Now that we have a nice and easy to understand Billing Summary page on patron accounts, it puts me in mind that it would be great if we could have a more easily understood Allocations page for funds and funding sources. Especially when you start transferring money around, the Allocations page can get *really* confusing.

I'm not even opposed to a grid-type interface, but maybe something more like the screenshot? Bare bones wishlist would be: (1) not including the funding source when it's a transfer between funds because that looks really confusing, and (2) styling negative numbers differently so they stand out.

Extra wishlist because there's not a table column for this, would be having a column to explicitly say if it was a transfer vs. an allocation. From/To columns could include either the fund or funding source code (depending on if it was a transfer between funds or an allocation straight from a funding source) and link out to that fund/funding source.

I think the new fund administration in 3.8 resolves this bug.

The transfers still show up on the allocation tabs but the automatic note that it's a transfer now includes the fund name, year, and org unit rather than just the fund ID.

Negative numbers are now in red so they stand out.

Funds have a new Transfer tab so it's easier to look at just your transfers and the Destination Fund/Source Fund is a link to whichever of those you're not currently look at.

I agree with Jennifer that the 3.8+ fund administration substantially resolves this bug. Marking Won't Fix.
