Bug Description
Basically if you Page Up / Page Down
it is much faster, suggesting
that scrollwheel implementation
might suffer from serious performance
downgrading mistakes.
Example how to delete image cache:
Chromium --> delete cached images in settings
Inkscape --> rm -r .cache/
