Parole fails to clear all recent items initially

Bug Description

Odd one.

Clearing recent items fails to do so.

However - play something from the recent items - then clear - does remove that item.

HArd to describe - so attached a vid

Can you please test this again in a recent supported release? Focal, Impish, or Jammy will work.
