Wish: bitmap2component - Enter dimensions directly instead of resolution

Bug Description

Currently, to adjust the dimensions of a loaded bitmap, we have to tweak the resolution, which is not very user friendly.

Also, the resolution is expressed in dots per INCH, while the dimensions are expressed in MM. Making it worse...

It would be much more efficient to allow the dimensions to be entered directly instead (and resolution calculated and displayed - read only). Also a checkbox to maintain ratio (checked by default) and a button to revert to the original dimensions would be welcome.
