Bug Description
Working on getting GPU acceleration working with Armbian (based on Ubuntu 18.04) and came across an issue where DKMS cannot build mali-midgard based on missing headers <linux/fence.h>. Turns out 4.7 has this header/C file, whereas it was refactored into dma-fence.h/c (respectively). I've made modifications to the source and it did build, I was going to make some patches of my changes and post them, just wasn't sure how to proceed, or if this type of modification was the correct way to solve the issue -- I've not developed in C in a while, however this seemed like low-hanging fruit to fix.
I'll attach the patch as soon as I test it.
