vexhost mirror config or infra is failing vexhost master ovb jobs

This job can be used to prepare for a vexxhost migration and to compare current results from RDO-Cloud.

Perhaps this is not configured correctly in master as the rocky job is passing.

So master fails consistently and, rocky, for example, passes consistently.
