pcbnew Reference dissaper

Bug Description

The reference disappear when you do the following:

- select the reference
- press m vor move
- press ESC

To get it back select the part.

That looks like a fairly old build. I guess you are compiling yourself.

What local changes do you have?

Do you see the same on a more recent build? You are 48 commits behind.

I looked into this a bit and the problem doesn't appear to be in the move-cancel logic or the pcb_painter. The GAL does get called to draw the reference (at the right location, color, etc.).

So I'm guessing it must be some sort of RTREE problem or perhaps a GAL issue? (Although it happens in Cairo too, so I don't think its a cache/vertex/etc. issue.)

Anyone else want to give a whack at it?
