rubber stretch extension has no .inx

Bug Description

The extensions directory contains "rubberstretch.py" but no "rubberstretch.inx"

This ext allows an object to be stretched in one direction while squeezed in the other, in a non linear way (it become thiner in the middle).

Moreover, "rubberstretch.py" has references to unused python modules; I removed them.

I join the two files "rubberstretch.py" and "rubberstretch.inx" below.

jf-barraud added the rubberstretch.inx to ./share/extensions/Makefile.am yesterday, so it should now be properly installed
