3D Viewer does not update

Board changes in pcbnew are not reflected in the 3d viewer unless the viewer is closed and reopened. This used to work about a week ago.

To replicate:

1. Open a board in pcbnew
2. Open 3D Viewer
3. Move or delete a board component
4. Observe that 3D Viewer shows board from before changes
