Bug Description

It seems that when there are multiple channels configured for the same transponder then Me TV can pick the wrong one to display. Don't have the full details yet but I will investigate.

Miguel,

I cannot replicate this on my computer. Did you want to test it for me?

Thanks,

Michael

This happened to me today. It's because the station did not have good reception so xine gave up on the video but was able to get the audio. Do you have poor reception?

In reference to this bug, I don't know the answer yet. I've added an option to the channel.conf to be able to specify the "pid_selection_method". It can be "auto" or "file". "file" means get the values from the channel.conf file.

This is no longer a show stopper because I've implemented a workaround. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to fix it but I can't work out why some of the PIDs are coming out wrong. I've only got 3 weeks to get this into Hardy so I need to drop what I can't fix. The workaround has also been implemented in the preferences dialog for 0.5.8.

Sorry "Medium" importance. Will look at it after Hardy feature freeze 14th Feb.

This apparently now works in 0.5.9. Don't know what I did.
