pcbnew: Ratsnest not refreshed after cancelling duplicate

This is using a recent build (3777c5270b277f30d9c288eb9491033966b39f41) of master. When using the duplicate tool, when the new footprint is moved (but not placed yet) and the tool is cancelled the ratsnest is still present.

Steps:
1) Select a module and then right-click and select duplicate
2) Move the cursor away to get a ratsnest to show
3) Cancel the tool using escape (before placing the component)
The ratsnest leading to the cursor is still present.
