Firefox freeze when I drag an URL address to a Nautilus window under Wayland

Bug Description
When a web page is displayed in Firefox, if you select the URL in the address bar and try to drag it to the desktop or a Nautilus window, it is not done.
But, afterwards, the mouse cursor become a hand and nothing is more possible with Firefox : you cannot select something, see the menu...
You can only kill the app.

Are you still seeing the problem with the most recent firefox update?
I just tested in a fully up-to-date 19.04 virtual machine, and I cannot reproduce it myself.
