initramfs should be rebuilt when applying change in some kernel parameters

Bug Description

When we apply changes for some kernel parameters, initramfs should be rebuilt to include these changes.

For example, if you configure net.ipv6.conf.all.disble_ipv6 = 1, it leads to failure in rpcbind.socket when starting up nodes, which causes problem on access to nfs storage.

Rebuild initramfs after applying change in kernel parameters

    This patch makes sure that initramfs is rebuilt after applying
    change in kernel pamraters, so that we also have these change
    applied in initramfs.
