Bug Description
Currently, with breeze dark theme, inactive non-minimized icon at Icons-only Task Manager is not clear to know if it is opend. There is a light gray bar at the top of icon, but its color is similar with dark taskbar, so distinguish an inactive icon is difficult. Minimized icon has a gray background so it is clear.
