Bug Description

Change hierarchical sheet file name field, after opening the sheet, all symbols become question marks.

I've seen this issue on 5.1.2 several times, I don't have repro steps yet but mine are different than renaming a hierarchical sheet.

Do the symbols stay question marks after restarting kicad? (meaning save the changes, close kicad, are the question marks still here? If not then at least the files are generated correctly and it is only a problem of creating the internal data structures at run time)

Yes, it fixes after restarting eeschema.

I cannot duplicate this by just changing the name of sheet. I can get this if I change the sheet name and the associated sheet file. Are you that you are seeing this when just changing the sheet name? I tested using KiCad 5.1.2-84-g18f7d0129 on Linux.

By "sheet file name field" I meant changing "File name" from the dialog, not "Sheet name".
