wishlist: booking admin UI improvements

It would be nice if:

1) Booking resource attribues are created/edited on the same screen as when you edit a booking resource type. So something like this:

=== Create/Edit Resource Type =====
Resource Type Name: __Laptop___
Fine Interval: __1 day____
Fine Amount: ____$1______
Owning Library: __BR1______
(etc)

Attributes:

Operating System: ____Mac______ X
                   ____Windows__ X
                   ___Linux_____ X (x deletes the attribute value)
                   + Add Value___
+ New Attribute

1a) Bonus: The screen should also be able to show a list of resources of that type

2) Attribute maps should be similarly created/edited on the same screen as editing a resource

Resource Type: ____ Laptop ____V (dropdown or whatever)
Barcode: _______1234__________
Owning Lib: _____BR1________
(etc)
Attributes:
Operating System: ______Windows_____V
(only displays attributes for that type, changes the list when you change the type dropdown)
