Bug Description
Budgie desktop seems to crash every time I attempt to launch the budgie desktop settings. Attempting to launch the settings from clicking the icon and from command line yield the same result(s). I was actually able to launch and use the settings a couple of times before this issue started occurring.

System should be all up-to-date as I ran update and upgrade commands. I have also attempted to reinstall the budgie desktop to no success.
