Bug Description

<Tab> and <Shift>+<Tab> change the focus between the objects of a dialog in KiCad and in almost all software.
A improvement (see Firefox, LibreOffice, and other commons softwares) is using <Ctrl>+<Tab> and <Ctrl>+<Shift>+<Tab> to change the focus between the tabs in a dialog. See the "Footprint Properties", "Pad Properties" in Pcbnew, "Library Symbol Properties" in "Symbol Editor", "Footprint Generators" in "Footprint Editor"...
