1. Reproduce the bug again.

2. Force a reboot.

3. Run this command:

   journalctl -b-1 > prevboot.txt

   and send us the file 'prevboot.txt'.

I ran into this problem on Linux Mint 19.2. If you install the proprietary nvidia driver, then the problem is solved and there is no freezing
