pcbnew: export to svg/pdf does not show curves in board

I made a board with some curves in the edge.cuts layer by importing a DXF, exported from inkscape. That works fine. but the exported svg or pdf does not show the curved parts, only the straight paths. nor does the plotted svg file.

I think this is a duplicate of https://bugs.launchpad.net/kicad/+bug/1830245 and is already fixed in 5.1 branch
