system version：Ubuntukylin 19.04
test case：
1. The login interface is switched to English login.
2, open the start menu - Youke Assistant
3, view the English layout display and English grammar
1、登录界面切换为英文登录
2、打开开始菜单-麒麟助手
3、查看英文布局显示及英文语法
