Symbol Properties Windows cannot be resized vertically

Pulling from the corners work but not pulling from the top and bottom. The window increases but its contents stay in the same place.

Can reproduce in 5.1.2 but not in master. Maybe related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/kicad/+bug/1821268 ?

Correction: I can reproduce this in both 5.1.2 and master for the *symbol editor* properties dialog. Is that what you originally meant @Leandro?
