Bug Description

TrekStor Primebook C13B notebook appears to boot (Ubuntu 19.04) only when "noapic" is added to the kernel command line. Touchpad has an integrated fingerprint-reader and is detected as "i2c-SYNA3602:00" but does not work at all.

Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer
to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
v5.2-rc1 kernel [0].

If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following
tag 'kernel-fixed-upstream'.

If the mainline kernel does not fix this bug, please add the tag:
'kernel-bug-exists-upstream'.

Once testing of the upstream kernel is complete, please mark this bug as
"Confirmed”, and attach dmesg.

Thanks in advance.

Please see if `noapic` can be removed on mainline kernel.

No difference (5.2 kernel). Unfortunately it still needs "noapic". :-( Can this be the heart of the problem?

Other people seem to have no problems using the same laptop model and report that the touchpad works with newer kernels.
