Add missing extensions for Nemo to the repository

I'm missing following extensions for Nemo:

nemo-dbg
nemo-dropbox

nemo-filename-repairer

nemo-image-converter
nemo-media-columns

nemo-preview
nemo-rabbitvcs

nemo-terminal
Please add them to the Ubuntu repository!

For 18.04 the workaround is:

Because of a problem with the WineHQ PPA I changed the pinning, see changed description ...
But no idea, where to add nemo-rabbitvcs.

In my opinion the Ubuntu-Unity Desktop is incomplete without extensions for its default file manager Nemo.

Since 23.04 the workaround does no more work because of missing package libpython3.10 and the new libpython3.11 conflicts with the packages from Linux Mint.
