Bug Description

https://github.com/openstack/tripleo-quickstart/blob/master/install-deps.sh#L103 requires the user install python3-libselinux AND python2-libselinux with python3 due to https://bugs.launchpad.net/tripleo/+bug/1812324.
Assuming python2 is not longer valid on rhel-8, this will fail ...

Package python3-libselinux-2.8-6.el8.x86_64 is already installed.
No match for argument: python2-libselinux

rlandy, https://bugs.launchpad.net/tripleo/+bug/1812324 is fixed, do we still need this bug ?

Job tripleo-ci-rhel-8-standalone-rhos-15 is working as well in the internal SF.
