[Hardy] System freeze when I modprobe ndiswrapper

Bug Description

Hi
I'm testing hardy livecd with the kernel 2.6.24-3-generic. I need ndiswrapper for Internet.
When i take : sudo modprobe ndiswrapper
(Killed) and my computer freeze.
No problem with Gutsy

It work when I've compiled ndiswrapper from the site.

I too have system freeze. Also if you reboot the machine once ndiswrapper is in effect you machine hard locks before gdm screen. The install works flawlessly in Gutsy.
