Bug Description
Mtce is looking for 'Standard' in system_type and will default to AIO if the 'S' in 'standard' is not uppercase.

Provision system_type in platform.conf as 'standard' in Ansible rather than 'Standard'
Expected Behavior
------------------
Mtce daemons learn Normal System type for standard systems.
Actual Behavior
----------------
Defaults to AIO DX

100% reproducible if the corresponding Ansible change is made ; which it is not presently.
