Bug Description
This is a video that demonstrates the problem: https:/
After refreshing the page the problem did not continue to occur.
I just installed Ubuntu yesterday on a new high-end, custom-built desktop, after having issues with using a couple of Manjaro desktop environments. Just now, while typing in this field, there were a few lags, but the text still displays correctly.

The zoom is too far in, while large-text is off in universal access and there is only one resolution for the monitor. The dock would often not pop up when hovering over it with auto-hide on.
I am going to move back to Manjaro or another OS.
