Mask layer present a not defined clearance

Mask layer is using the pad clearance as definition to render and other issues related.
Check attached layout and the screenshoots of the KiCad interpretation before and now:

Before: the mask had no clearence in the `MID_2` footprint/part and filled all the contour around the capacitors pads.
Now: clearance keep out of the `MID_2` clearance and appear a strange behavior of now defined clearance around the capacitors pads (maybe heritage of `MID_2`?).

If I correctly remember, this changed when was introduced the "Fill type" behavior.

Other behavior related to this issue is when I set the filled type of the copper zone to: 45deg, 1.016mm x 1.524mm (default), 0 smoothing, 0.1 smooth value.

See that the C55 if not correctly connected to the hatched filled zone. But R9 and R10, "almmost" are (could also be improved).

Just checked the GERBERs files now and, even generated be the new Nightly, they still consistent with the old one (not present the strange clearance on B.Mask).
