aptitute does not close if i close the X terminal

Binary package hint: aptitude
Hi,
in the new aptitude 0.4.9 in hardy if i open it in a x terminal (konsole) and then i close it closing the terminal aptitude is not closed.
To see if it was a problem related with X terminal i did a test with the "yes" program.
In my test the "yes" program is killed if i close the x terminal.
So it seems a problem related to aptitude 0.4.9
