This is probably due to a ppa from which you have installed packages. Did you receive a message about using 'ppa-purge' to remove packages installed from ppas?

Yes, i have received the message and i have used ppa-purge and purged all ppas, but still no luck...

Your VarLogDistupgradeAptclonesystemstate.tar.gz file indicates that you still had packages from PPAs installed at the time of the upgrade attempt. If you purged the PPAs after reporting the bug please open a new bug report using 'ubuntu-bug ubuntu-release-upgrader' and we'll make this one a duplicate of the new one.
