Highlight collisions/allow violations doesn't let draw tracks to all grid points

There are some problems with the interactive router in Highlight collisions mode / allow DRC violations. Even when magnetic pads etc. are off the cursor is drawn to wrong places and it doesn't let fix the track in all grid points, which it should.

A video is attached to show the problem because it's a bit difficult to describe.
